Refund and Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Before seeking a refund we would like to try to assist with any issue you’re having. If we can help fix the issue we would be happy to help make things right.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must be unused and have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us via the contact form or email at service@stovedecals.com
  2. Provide us with your order number
  3. Let us know why want to return the product.

Refunds

Once your return has been mailed back to us, we will process the refund for your order. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Additional Information:

  • Please allow up to 2 business days to process a refund
  • all return shipping fees are the customers responsibility

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
